A ripple in the pool of life
The gentle creature would be safe here, she knew it. No fighting was allowed on this land, she could feel it in the air as she saw all the different wolves socialising with each other. The Lights did not seem to go near the Darks, and vice versa, yet there was a feeling of peace in this place. She did not like to fight, so this was the perfect place for her to linger around. Maybe she would be able to find a friend in this peaceful land?
She did not need to call, she knew that she wouldn't need to. All it would do is cause the others to look over at her. No, this place would always attract wolves to it, and sooner or later, she would meet someone.
She just hoped it would be soon.

A low growl emitted from Amiriana's throat. She felt lost having left the opportunity of company to walk the plains alone, she couldn't help regretting it but she knew deep inside that she would never have held out in such a large group for much longer than she had already. She did after all feel more relaxed, even if she was on her own again. Her head spun to a scent carried on the strong autumn wind that up till now she had barely noticed, the heat of the sun that burned inside her soul warmed her and to thank it for doing so she lifted her muzzle to the sun with eyes closed to protect them from it's blinding light and she whispered her thanks. The words carried off by the wind and muffled by the roar of the coming winter.
Her treads met the sharp grass and dying plants and her gaze dropped. Winter was well on it's way now, and although it always looked like winter in her pack lands it was quite a blow to the mind to think that winter was now so close. Her gaze wavered to the empty plains ahead of her and in the far distance the sight of trees that could have been another land like this or simply a packland that was not her own. But there, on the plains ahead stood the lone wolf, a female that might have been of the light. She could not tell yet.
A lone female, perfect! She strode along the earth with quick, graceful movements, the wind rushed up behind her and beneath her making her feel as though if she jumped it could carry her. But she knew better than to try. Her paws stopped several paces from the fea and her nostrils flared, her auds flicked back and forth. Her tail beat the air in a friendly greeting to the female accompanied by a soft 'uff' bark that showed some recommendation of peace.

She remained in silence as she continued to observe her surroundings, but she could not help but feel a slight chill. Winter was on it's way, and she felt like it would be quite a harsh one. Oh well, she would find a way of surviving, as long as she didn't run into too many Darks. Oh how she hated the Darks.
She was snapped out of her thoughts by the sound of a greeting, so it seemed another had come. She turned around to face the one who had made themselves known, and smiled. Another female, that was nice, and she was also pleased as she had not seen another for quite some time. It made her truly happy. Maybe this one was a Light? Only one way to find out.
Hello, my name is Sakiyo, and I walk the path of Light. What about you? she asked, and waited for the other female to reply.

Auds became rammed forward to listen to the words of the other fea, soft words that greeted her with a name and a path. She nodded slowly and took a single, short gaited step forward. Her head tilted slightly to the side for a moment, her gaze flicked about the other fea. They seemed roughly matched in age, strength and many other factors but Ami wasn't sure. Though she was perfectly grateful of the femmes path, she was of light and therefor more of a friend and companion.
"I am Amiriana, I too walk the path of light,"
she growled with gentle certainty. Her tail flicked at the breeze and she took another short gaited step forwards before splaying out her paws, raising her rump and dropping her withers. Her paws stretched out and the was a quite but long satistfactory growl as the female stretched out her less used muscles and then brought herself upright again and shook.
"I am alphess of the Helke Tundra Pack,"
she barked with pride lifting her body up and holding her head high. She wagged her tail still and kept a friendly position and voice about her as she watched and adressed the strange yet again. The third time she spoke her voice had a curious eagerness about it, a certain hopeful quality that she made no real attempt to hide.
"Are you a loner? Do you run with a pack?"

She had her own pack? That was interesting. Sakiyo had never met an Alphess before, so therefore she had no idea how to act. The wolf came to the conclusion that it would be best to just act natural, which was what she did best. With a sigh, she began to think about the questions that the other fae had asked, did she want to recruit her or something? She was not a fighter, what use would she be?
I am a loner, I have not had a pack for some time. Why do you ask? she enquired. Surely she did not want her in the pack?
Sakiyo was not sure whether the pack lifestyle would suit her or not, she wanted to think that it did, but she could not be so sure. It was confusing to the young wolf.

Amiriana dropped her mzzle to the ground, her auds pushed forward and her gaze set on the other female. A nod or a bow? Perhaps it was a mix of both as she held it long enough to be either. He muzzle lifted again soon, her golden hued gaze looked through the other female as to wolves it was considered disrespectful to rest a gaze directly on the eyeis of another and so Ami would only ever meet the gaze of a dark wolf for which she had little respect if any at all.
"Well,"
She growled at last flicking her auds back then forward again. She dropped her rump to the ground and let her tail sweep the earth slowly back and forward, the female ahead of her carried such uncertainty that Ami thought it best to take things slowly and keep herself as calm and collected as possible.
"I would like to invite you to join my pack,"
Her voice was soft and calm, her gaze dropping slightly yet her posture was relaxed, strong and calm. Her tail still flicked and swept the earth, her gaze was still set back slightly so as not to meet that of the other female. Her explanation was to follow in the same slow, soft voice.
"You see Sakiyo, I grow lonely in my territory as I am the only member of the Halke Tundra Pack. And I wold much appretiate your company,"

She was not too sure about this, would she really want to commit herself to a pack? Her mind was so muddled now that she had the offer made to her, why would she want her there though? More importantly, what would she have to do? She could not hold her own in combat, she could hunt...and look after pups, but that was about it. Seeing as the Alphess was the only member, that would mean that there were no males there at the moment, so she would not be able to be a breeder.
What will I be doing though? I am a lover, not a fighter. she said, and wondered what her companion would have to say. It wasn't that she didn't want to join the pack, she was just worried about what she was going to do.
And she was young, would she want to be tied down in a pack or would she want to remain a free spirit and explore the lands she came across in her travels?

Ami flicked forward and aud and tilted her head as she listened. Soon a small wolfish smile played at her lips and she nodded softly, the dark muzzle taking a slightly silver look as the light caught it. She outstretched out paw, not far, but a little way ahead of her and allowed her claws to splay in the earth and churn it.
"I should hope not, I have never much liked fighting,"
The femme offered a brief look up, not meeting the gaze of the other but a twinkle of humor glinted in her hues.
"I must go, the pack will never have members if I am not around to greet them. You are welcome in my pack, if that is really what you want."
She dipped her head in thanks to the young femme before her, lifting the black muzzle up and flicking back her tail as she turned to stride away, lifting one small, elegant paw after the other and shifting her weight across the earth with such easy liquid like movements. Pausing only for the briefest moment to look back and nod to the fea behind her again, Ami had things to do, places to go and a territory to get used to, she couldn't waste time with idol chatter, no matter how pleasant it seemed. The coming of winter was all too real, she needed to find herself and her pack a den, hunt, mark her territory boundries. There was still much to do.

((Yeah that works. She's had to go because there is another wolf at the packlands, if Sakiyo wants to join she can just join in the post there))
